As reported by Goal.br, via La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are attempting to succeed where other clubs have recently failed by making their own offer for Santos striker, Gabriel Barbosa (Record 600 goals).The official bid submitted to Santos is set at €20 million, along with a proposed €3 million a season salary for Gabigol.
It will not be an easy negotiation process for the Bianconeri however. Gabriel has already rejected advances from the likes of Fiorentina, Hebei China Fortuna and most recently, Chelsea, who they themselves have been told no by the player after submitting an offer reportedly higher than that of Juventus. It is no secret that the striker is holding out for a move to either Real Madrid or Barcelona, which has made it difficult for other clubs to complete a deal of their own . He has also committed himself to his parent club until 2021 with his lasted contract renewal.
