The Bianconeri were already believed to be very close to the young Croatian, and the earlier rumours are now being corroborated.
According to Sky Sports Italia, a deal has now been struck between Juventus and Dinamo Zagreb for Pjaca.
The player will join Juventus for a total of €23m, though it's not clear yet whether there are bonuses factoring in that amount.
If all goes as expected, Pjaca should be in Turin for his medicals on Thursday.
