Isco reportedly turns down Serie A champions Juventus as he wants to stay at Real Madrid and renew his contract.
AS reports the Old Lady and Milan making their interest known to the former Malaga starlet but both have been rejected in emphatic terms and told the midfielder wants to sign a new contract at Santiago Bernabeu.
Isco’s current deal expires in 2018 and he is said to be happy in the capital and in the team, and remains hopeful of forcing his way into Zinedine Zidane’s preferred XI, having started the season on the bench.
Madrid were willing to listen to offers for Isco, it’s noted, especially if it had helped land Paul Pogba, now at Manchester United, but Isco’s position has always been the same and his contract renewal is in the early stages.
Reports in Italy still say Juve want Isco as there’s a believe Madrid will have to let a midfielder leave before the close of the transfer window on August 31 and a price tag of between €30m and €40m is expected for Isco.
