Juventus reportedly rejected Inter’s offer for Stephan Lichtsteiner out of hand, after being blocked for Marcelo Brozovic.
It was reported earlier today that the Nerazzurri had a deal in principle with the full-back, and a meeting was scheduled with the Turin club.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri attempted to use the meeting to re-open discussions for Marcelo Brozovic, but were told he is still not for sale.
In response, the Old Lady rejected out of hand the offer for Lichtsteiner, with the Beneamata asking to take him on a free transfer.
The Swiss international is out of contract at the end of the season, but Juve are not willing to let him strengthen a rival for free.
