Sevilla and Poland midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak is believed to be one of Serie A champions Juventus‘s top transfer targets for this summer.
Equipped with an intimidating frame and a powerful shot, the defensive midfielder fits the criteria to land himself a place at the top of the Bianconeri’s shortlist.
Although they had previously been chasing Barcelona’s Javier Mascherano, the likelihood of him extending his contract in Spain has increased which means other targets need to be considered.
To make Krychowiak their man, the Old Lady would need to stump up €30 million in order to trigger his release clause at the three-time Europa League winners.
The 26-year-old is currently in France contesting the European Championship with Poland, sitting pretty with four points after two matches have been played in Group C.
One of Juventus’s key targets for next season is to achieve Champions League success at last, and they’ll be hoping that the anchor man’s European trophy experience can serve them well.
He has now been playing for Sevilla for two seasons, having joined from Stade de Reims in 2014 for a bargain €4.5 million.
