Juventus have won the signature of young Brazilian midfielder and will loan him out to Empoli for a season before placing him in their squad.
The 18-year-old turned professional just last year, however, he joined the academy at home club Corinthians as an 11-year-old before working his way up the youth system and being named in the senior squad in January 2015.
Empoli’s official Twitter account announced that they will be taking the starlet on for a year to help him adjust to life in Italy, before beginning his hopes of appearing for the senior Bianconeri side.

Pereira has played just two minutes of professional league football in Brazil’s Serie A, however he has appeared in friendly matches and cup ties.
He has also made an impact in the Brazilian Under-17 squad, and was part of the group which found success in the South America U-17 Championship last year.
